Izzy’s Restaurant
James Mannon (Izzy) V004 1947-2015 was born to the Mediterranean and carried the love for his homeland, cuisine and the arts throughout his life, of which was lived for the majority, in Melbourne and Dunkeld. Izzy’s... yearning to express his heritage through food and cooking, coupled with his love for people and their wellbeing, encouraged him to enter the hospitality industry. Over the years, a catering business grew and thereafter, Izzy opened Izzy’s Restaurant, then Izzy’s Café and two further restaurants. Today, Izzy is succeeded by his family who operate Izzy’s Group and take equal pleasure in feeding and caring for patrons, friends and guests.

For Noodledoof’s range of spirits, they teamed up with local Aboriginal Corporation, Worn Gundidj, utilising their expert knowledge of the surrounding area. The gins have a unique flavour profile from native botanicals such as correa alba, lemon myrtle and mountain pepper.
