Description

Situated in the East Beach area Tuscany harks to a Mediterranean family retreat on the Algarve. Step inside from the little entry balcony into the first living space with TV, perfect for settling the kids in the evening for their own space. This house has central heating keeping you toasting in winter while its solid brick build keeps out the hot summer sunshine.

Move down the light and airy hall into the open plan living, dining and kitchen area, the heart of any house. Here you can find the second TV in the living space. From here double glass doors and large windows lead into the garden that allow plenty of sunshine in. Step put out onto the decking with BBQ and out door dining area. The decking leads around the side of the house to your garage access. Please note there is a high chair provided at the property for your use.

The first bathroom is situated downstairs with shower over bath and separate toilet. Next door to this is the laundry with separate washing machine and dryer for your stay.

Head upstairs to top level where all the bedrooms are, each bedroom with their own split reverse cycle split system. On the way take in the side balcony, perfect for quiet retreat with morning sunshine. Upstairs you will find the 3 bedrooms, the main Queen room with built in robes, the second Queen and the third room contains 2 sets of bunks also with built in robes. You will also find the second bathroom on this floor with walk in shower.
