This bedroom contains a large king bed with overhead ceiling fan with adjoining walk-in robe and ensuite with his & hers shower and vanity. The ensuite can also be accessed via the hallway.
The second bedroom, adjacent to the Master and left of the front door contains a tri-bunk and a single bed. Down the hallway is the third bedroom with a double bed and built in robes.
The main bathroom can be found to the rear of the home, with a bath and overhead shower, vanity and second toilet. Adjoining the bathroom is a full laundry, including both washing machine & dryer. The laundry also overlooks the rear deck and easy access to the rear clothesline.
The hallway leads to the open-plan living and kitchen area and the heart of this home. This spacious and light filled area offers a split system and wood fire - so no matter the weather we have you covered. The living room has a large smart tv & soundbar. Off the living room is a small side study filled with games and puzzles for your use during your stay.
In the kitchen is a large island bench offering plenty of space and doubles as a breakfast bar with bar stool seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, gas cooktop, electric oven, toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine and all cutlery and dinnerware.
The dining room has seating for up to 6 guests and is positioned to overlook the rear deck & backyard. In the summer open the double doors and let the breeze flow through the home.
The rear undercover living area is sure to get a workout during the summer surrounded by a large and green backyard, perfect for a footie kick around. On the decking you will find a 6-seater outdoor dining table, full bar with integrated BBQ and mini fridge.
