Enter inside the home and through the hallway to the large open plan living space and kitchen with ceiling fans and split system. Plenty of space for the whole family to relax and enjoy a movie in the evening, or bring your favourite board game! There is also a wood fire heater for the winter with ducted system to heat the whole house. There is nothing better that enjoying a good book on a winter's evening in front of a fire.
From the living space you can access the undercover outside patio with outdoor dining and BBQ. The large enclosed garden has plenty of grassy space for a spot of private sun bathing or knocking a ball around. The kitchen comes with all mod cons expected, large fridge, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space. There is also a dining table with seating for 8.

The room also boasts both ceiling fans and split system, the perfect retreat no matter the weather. There is an outside covered balcony with access to the garden. The balcony also has outdoor seating and views across Port Fairy, sit and enjoy the sunshine with a glass of wine in the evening or watch the world waking up with a morning coffee.
