The rear of this home contains the kitchen and living and dining space and takes full advantage of the rural and river aspect. There is plenty of counter space, and the kitchen contains recently updated appliances including a dishwasher.
The dining area has seating for 6, and there is outdoor seating on the back patio with a BBQ. The downstairs is equipped with a split system although even in winter the northern aspect of the property means you'll hardly need to use it! The outdoor area is the jewel in this crown, relax on the patio and enjoy the quiet of the river. With unbroken views of the Moyne, its an easy place to while away the hours watching the clouds drift over head and the ever changing river life on your doorstep.
Head upstairs for the second bedrooms, one with Queen bed and built in robes, the second with a single bed and trundle. There is also the second bathroom with walk in shower. Both upstairs bedrooms have access to decking outside, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee as you watch the world wake up.
