Head to East Beach over the footbridge or a short stroll into the centre of town and the shopping and culinary delights of Port Fairy.

This 2 bedrooms, 3 bathroom home is generously proportioned and allows almost separate living with each bedroom on its own floor with its own bathroom (one with shower and one with shower and separate bath). There is a third shower and toilet on the ground floor off the laundry.

The house has its own outdoor deck with dining, as well as large grassy area in front of the house with loving maintained gardens.
