This living area has huge glass doors opening onto a large, sunny deck, rolling green lawns and direct access to the beach. To the side of the property there is a protected outdoor entertaining area, with BBQ and wood fired pizza oven for the perfect evening meal. Enjoy the sound of the waves as you create a circular masterpiece!
Over winter enjoy long walks on the beach hunting sea shells or head into town to explore all that Port Fairy has to offer. Finish your day curled in front of the open fire planning your next day's adventure.
Please note the garage only fits 1 car and the driveway is a shared area. Please park additional cars in the public car park at the start of the laneway.
