There is also a split system providing heating and air conditioner for those hot summer days. Perfect to send the kids to the Xbox room and enjoy some peace and quiet upstairs! There is also a laundry with both washer and dryer. There are large grassed areas at both the front and back of the house. The back is a secure yard with a beautiful outdoor setting perfect for the evening BBQ.
