Riverwalk Cottage is a 3 bedroom home in Port Fairy situated in the river precinct, with direct access to the Wharf. With a white picket fence and beautifully maintained garden, this home feels inviting from the moment you lay eyes on it. Park in the driveway, plenty of room for additional cars out the front on the nature strip, and step inside your home away from home.

The entry area leads into the living space with gas log fire, and the house has ducted central heating and cooling to keep you toasty in the winter and cool in the summer. Enjoy a family movie on the large Smart TV or use it as a great space for the kids to play while you prep dinner or just put your feet up with a glass of champagne to celebrate the holiday. The living space leads into the dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with filtered water and everything you could want to create a masterpiece, or better yet grab take away from the Wharf down the road and skip the dishes!

The sliding door from the kitchen leads into the back garden, with a large outdoor setting. The garden is ideal for those barmy nights when you can while away the evening with good friends and good wine and put right all the wrongs in the world! At the back of the garden, access the river walkway via the gate, head out in the morning before the world wakes up to grab a coffee from one of the amazing cafes in Port Fairy. Or you can take the kids and walk down to the local playground, only a minute from your doorstep. If you are feeling adventurous head out to Griffith Island and enjoy a ramble to the lighthouse and keep your eyes peeled for mutton birds and wallabies.
