Park in the double garage and enter via a large hallway of polished concrete. This leads on to three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in robe and an ensuite containing a walk-in shower and toilet. This bedroom boasts spectacular views of the river, and you can enjoy waking up to unmatched river scenes from the king bed.
The second bedroom also has a king bed, and the third bedroom 2 king single beds. These 2 bedrooms share a main bathroom containing a bath and walk in shower. The toilet is in a separate powder room.
From the bedrooms step down to the heart of the home, the kitchen and living space, surrounded by floor to ceiling windows allowing you to enjoy the vista. The high ceiling here enhances the lofty aspect of the house. The modern kitchen offers ample counter space and all mod cons are available. There is bar stool seating at the counter to keep the chef entertained, and a separate dining table for 6.

Our favourite spot though has to be the marshmallow chair. Tuck up with a good book or glass of wine and enjoy the peace and quiet surrounded by the river.
There is a second living space with large screen TV, table football, and a bar table seating area. From here you can also access the decking. This overlooks the river, surrounded by glass fencing so as not to interrupt the view. This is a great spot to watch the sunset at the end of the river.
