This two bedroom, one bathroom terrace home comes with undercover off street parking - vital during those summer months when the lifeguard patrolled beach is the hub of Port Fairy.
The master queen bedroom hosts its own TV & DVD player, ideal for those lazy mornings in bed or the late night movie. In the mornings make yourself a hot cup of coffee & enjoy a quiet moment on your private balcony watching the early morning surfers head to the waves.
The second bedroom contains 2 sets of bunks with the addition of another TV & DVD player. There is no reason for anyone to take ownership of the TV remote in this house! Once the kids have come home from off the beach for the day, they can rinse off under the outdoor shower & enjoy some rest time on the bean bags in their own room.
The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of counter space, 6 seater dining table & living room overlooking the decking area where you can sit with a drink, listen to the ocean & watch the world go by!
There is a bathroom upstairs with laundry that contains both a washing machine & dryer. The toilet is upstairs also and is separate to the bathroom.
In the summer fire up the BBQ after a busy day of catching waves & enjoy the balmy nights. Standing fans in addition to the evening cool ocean breeze for the summer months.
In the winter there is nothing better than to rug up in your winter woolies & enjoy a long walk on the beach. Coming home to a warm little unit, put your feet up & relax hearing the waves crash in the back ground.
