Stoney's on Mills is tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac only a few minutes walk from Pea Soup and the wild Southern Ocean. This modern and high tech house comes with all the comforts you could desire. Finished with clean and crisp lines, step inside this calm and tranquil space and enjoy all there is to offer.

There are 3 bedrooms, all with their own TVs. The spacious master King bedroom comes with large ensuite with walk in shower, double sinks and separate walk in robe. There is automatic low level lighting, an added bonus for the evening. The second and third bedrooms both comes with King beds. The second bathroom has a bath and separate shower as well as separate toilet.

Spacious marble topped benches welcome you into the kitchen which offers high tech functionality with built in Miele appliances, including a coffee machine, dishwasher, double oven and microwave. There is a large double fridge/freezer and walk in butlers pantry, as well as a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

The open plan dining and living room continues on from the kitchen. The large living space has a large screen TV and generous wood fire, ideal for those winter weekends away. There is a second living space with large screen TV and three seater sofa, just perfect for curling with a good book away from it all.

There are built in speakers throughout the house with the ability to isolate music/radio to individual rooms.

Outside is your private garden with under cover patio area completed with outdoor dining table, BBQ & additional TV. Perfect for the typical Aussie BBQ whilst watching your AFL team play on the big screen.
