Description

Hever House is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home offering a fantastic base only a minute or 2 walk to the main streets of Port Fairy.

Arrive at this home which offers plenty of parking up its long driveway and on the nature strip and head up to the front door accessed via the ramp. There is a large front yard perfect for the kids to burn off a bit of energy or throw a picnic rug down under the shade of the tree and watch the world go by.

The home has three spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a Queen with a set of bunks, the second a Queen with single and also comes with its own TV. The third and final bedroom is of course the master, also with TV and its own ensuite. The ensuite contains a walk in shower and toilet. The second and main bathroom also contains a walk in shower and toilet. There is a third and final toilet that can be found off the laundry.

The large living space at the front of the house offers plenty of space for watching a family movie or stretch out on the carpet for a board game battle! The kitchen/dining room is separate from the living room and you are able to close it off which means you can settle the kids in front of a movie and enjoy some peace and quiet over dinner.

The kitchen comes with all the usual mod cons, plenty of counter space and double sinks. There is a dining table and 3 bar stools at the counter. There is a separate laundry off the kitchen area with washing machine for your use during your stay.

From the laundry you access the huge grassy backyard with decking. There is a BBQ, outdoor table and seating making it the perfect spot for the evening. After a day in Port Fairy whether you spent it at the beach, walking Griffith Island or just cruising the shops and cafes there couldn't be a more perfect spot to relax in.
