Drive into the quiet little cul de sac where this family home is situated, right across the road from the local cricket pitch and just around the corner from the Sandy Cove Reserve and St Martin's Point Reserve & playground. Park in the double garage and head inside to your Port Fairy holiday home.

The front door downstairs opens into a small entrance hall which leads into the welcoming front living space. Settle into the large curved L shaped leather sofa, enjoy a movie night or enjoy a glass of wine and good conversation in front of the wood fire or use the split system for hassle free warmth. At the back of the living room there is a work space perfect for a quick zoom meeting or catching up on school work.

The living room leads into the kitchen equipped with large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of counter space. There is also a dining space with spacious seating. From here you can step out into the enclosed sunroom, the perfect sun trap in winter! Equipped with a BBQ and leads into the enclosed courtyard garden with outdoor seating.

The King bedroom is situated downstairs, a large and spacious bedroom with built in wardrobes. There is a large bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower. There is also a separate toilet as well as laundry space with both washing machine and dryer.

Moving upstairs there is the second bedroom with Queen and walk in wardrobes and the third bedroom contains 2 singles which can be combined into a king bed. (Please contact the office if you require this configuration). Between the 2 bedrooms is a second living space with electric bar heater and TV, an ideal second space for the kids. Step onto the decking outside and enjoy a quiet morning coffee surrounded by luscious green with sea glimpses. Upstairs is also the second bathroom with shower.

Fauxs Den is in the perfect position for enjoying Port Fairy. A short walk to South Beach and Port Fairy's reserves, a variety of places to walk and enjoy the outdoors. If you come down with the kids head to the local playground just around the corner or up the road to the Skate Park if they need to burn up their energy. Stroll a few minutes into town and enjoy the variety of cafes and restaurants as well as weekend markets and events.
