Rocky Point is a comfortable 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom, classic family (or three) beach house located an easy 150 metre walk to famous Pea Soup Cove. It offers beautiful sea views and a fully enclosed yard for both young children and pets.

The house is designed to comfortably accommodate extended or multiple families with 5 bedrooms and bathrooms on both ground and the upper level. Downstairs you'll find a room for the kids with 2 sets of bunks and another bedroom with a queen bed. Head upstairs and there are 3 more bedrooms, 2 with queens and another with 2 single beds; plenty of room for 3 families. You can relax in the comfy living area upstairs or sit on the outdoor deck overlooking the Southern Ocean and watch the waves roll in.
Rocky Point is only a stones throw to Port Fairy's famous Pea Soup Cove. Pea Soup Cove is ideal for the younger family members looking for a protected, shallow swimming spot and not wanting to be knocked over by the waves. It not only offers swimming for the kids but is also great for those adventurers wanting to do a bit of rock rambling. Its also a great spot to walk the family pooch.
